This very successful platform provides a highly rated Fin-Tech service software solution to large scale & well known institutions such as Goldman Sachs, NAB & Boral.

As the first Technical Account Manager in APAC based in Sydney, you will be a part of a team of 7 globally & will be reporting to your hiring manager in London.

The Role

As Service/Technical Account Manager, your role will be providing an elevated service on 3-4 key accounts. Using your people-person personality combined with your  technical awareness, you will be the go to person for selected high revenue accounts to maintain and renew accounts and to provide consistent positive customer experiences by providing oversight and management for deployment planning, solution adoption, and technical issue resolution.  

Day to day will include creating and implementing account plans, speaking to senior management of selected accounts, as well as conducting stakeholder quarterly business reviews, providing usage updates, asking questions and listening to requests on how to improve services, providing training where needed, being in constant contact with clients and also preparing monthly presentation data.

You will have an analytical eye to review how to increase the client platform  usage. Internally, you will be liaising with sales & product team to work on potential improvements request by clients.

You will not shy away from managing up, and will be familiar with reporting to a CTO/CEO.

About You
  • You have strong account management/ customer success experience and have likely been a Technical Account Manager or have been in Service Delivery within a tech company
  • You love providing solutions and think analytically 
  • Excellent communication skills - you can listen & understand what is needed
  • You are interested in tech and have a solid technical understanding - you would have previously worked for a tech company where things tech language is familiar
