STREAM CONSULTING is a fast-growing recruitment agency in our 6th year based between Martin Place & Circular Quay with harbour view style offices.

The company specialise in Sales & Marketing, Technology, Construction Engineering & Professional Services industries.

We are a team of career recruiters, in 6 years of existence, we have grown to ten recruitment consultants & one business development manager. It is an exciting time to join STREAM as we are scaling the business by growing to twenty staff by end of 2020 and are therefore looking for experienced recruiters, business development managers or people with leadership potential!

Business Development Manager:
Your Duties will include:
  • Promoting STREAM CONSULTING's recruitment services to businesses nationwide.
  • Create New Business Development leads lists by identifying suitable businesses who have a recruitment need.
  • Cold calling new & existing accounts nationwide to sell our recruitment services.
  • Conduct sales strategy and email marketing campaigns to push brand awareness.
  • Hold presentations with clients to showcase the unique selling points of using us as a recruitment agency.
  • Visit industry network events and be an ambassador for the company.
  • Actively promoting and marketing your personal digital brand.

Key Requirements:
  • No qualifications needed, just a proven track record of a minimum of 5 years within B2B (business to business) Business Development, ideally within a service industry.
  • Strong understanding and experience creating leads lists/hitlists and in cold calling.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong communications/interfacing skills with relationship management and influencing abilities.
  • An excellent work ethic and a desire to achieve.

$60-70k + Super, High Comms/Low Threshold
