In this role, you will be selling a well-known and reputable Tax & Accounting SaaS solution, which has excellent local & global reviews.
You would be targeting enterprise level business across all sectors, setting up discovery meetings with a view of finding them a solution that saves them time, money and ongoing value.
This position is a hybrid role, where you will have a portfolio of accounts who need constant nurturing (upselling, cross-selling and retention), as well as new business acquisition.
The split is 60% account management and 40% business development.
Whilst this role does involve some cold calling, due to how well-known the company is in this sector, every call feels like a warm discovery call!
You will be someone who loves the tax & accounting sector & genuinely wants to help businesses with requirements in this sector thrive with cutting edge technology solutions.
You will be naturally curious and always eager to add value through getting to understand business needs and showcase how the products you offer financial departments are an amazing resource.
Your background would be in sales, preferably having sold relatively complex solutions previously where you have managed the entire sales process.
Ideally, you would have previously sold through to the tax & accounting sector, although candidates with a strong understanding of this sector or have been trained in accounting or a finance related field, with a sales background are also encouraged to apply!
This role is paying $150k + Super, Car Allowance and Commission, although for this right candidate, this can be negotiated.
You will benefit from an uncapped comms structure, where the average performers are hitting around $250k OTE per annum, with top performers going way beyond that.
