Able to provide a full service offering to their clients covering, construction and project management, design, contracts admin, quantity surveying, site management and construction.

Their projects are mainly in multi-residential construction.

Role

Due to recently won projects, our client is looking for a Site Manager, for their upcoming residential developments valued between $10-$20mil across Central Coast.

As Site Manager, you will be expected but not limited to:

• Be responsible for the construction process of mid/high-rise residential developments.
• Work closely with the  Project Managers to set weekly build programs.
• Providing clear leadership and direction to the site team.
• Attending and contributing to weekly site management meetings
• Engage and work closely with subcontractors.
• Oversee WHS practices on site.

Candidate

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Builders License or Supervisors License
• Proven record/experience in delivering successful projects valued at $20M+.
• Knowledge of Sydney construction market and subcontractors
• Strong leadership and team building skills
