Our client is a successful construction company who have continued to grow due to their honest and professional approach and are therefore looking to bring on an Estimator. 

They cover Commercial and Residential Sectors on projects upwards of $50mil. 

The role:

• Estimating projects across the highrise commercial and residential sectors ranging from $50mil - $100mil+
• Working as part of a close knit team to continue growth of the business
• To effectively scope work packages and source Sub Contractor and Supplier quotes and prices
• Quantification / pricing on variations as they arise.

To be considered:

• Have a minimum of 3 + years experience in an Estimator role
• A strong level of ambition and motivation to succeed 
• Ideally experience working across both Commercial and Residential projects upwards of $50mil. 
• Knowledge of the Australian construction process
