Role
What are the benefits of the role?
FACE TO FACE 100% ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
You will be visiting companies from all types of sectors, consulting existing customers. You will be equipped with state of the art sales enablement tools and resources.
EXPERTISE / SUPPORT
You will be working with the top performers in the business, alongside the Sales Manager. There is a huge focus on career development, the company invests in its people with one on one coaching, external training and personal development courses.
HIGH COMMISSION
They provide a very high commission structure with commission & bonuses. The top reps are earning $180K-$200K+ per annum.
About You
To be successful in this role you will need the following criteria:
- Proven track record in Sales/ Account Management (Working to KPI's, achieving budgets, being a strong performer in your prior role)
- You have come from a B2B Account Management role (Digital Marketing Sales/Account experience is a bonus !
- Face to face solution-based account management experience ideal
- You are energetic, empathetic, friendly and motivated!
Salary dependent on experience, between $80k-$100k+ Super + Car Allowance + Uncapped Comms $150k OTE.
