Job Description
This tech company specialise in HR and payroll technology solutions and services suited for small to medium sized businesses are going through huge growth and due to 2 promotions of the last 2 SDR's to BDM's, they are looking for 2 more!
THE ROLE
You will work closely with a BDM and your role will be to generate leads, cold call businesses and set up appointments for the BDM.
Some points which make this an attractive role is that the company has a 95% customer retention rate, meaning that real value is being added to their customers through their tech solutions and services.
The average deal size is about $10k with relatively fast turn around so you can constantly reap the rewards of your efforts. At the same time, you will be preparing to progress into BDM role.
They have an office where you can work from or totally optional to work from home too! They really value flexibility and autonomy here!
SALARY
$65k + Super + Commission $100k OTE.
EXPERIENCE
They are looking for 2 years of sales experience in a lead gen, appointment setting role. A go getter, hunter mentality with who can probe and yet be empathetic and consultative. They have a great process of qualifying leads!
