The Product
LexisNexis Regulatory Compliance is a legal obligations register & alerting tool, that combines regulatory content with technology to empower businesses to take control of their compliance obligations.

The Purpose
Organisations are constantly facing changes to their regulatory compliance requirements, with over 11,000 changes in the last 12 months in Australia alone, so building a strategy to manage these changes is essential for businesses of all sizes.

The Position
In this position, you would be responsible for managing a portfolio of 80 mid-market accounts across a range of verticals who are currently using LexisNexis Regulatory Compliance solutions.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be pivotal in maintaining core relationships with key account stakeholders, by being a point of contact for any enquiries they might around the product.

Further to that, you will have the responsibility of actively looking for opportunities to upsell other products within the Regulatory Compliance range, by showcasing the value they can add to their business.

Typically, you would be meeting with approx. 8 clients per week via a combination of Zoom/Teams meetings & face-to-face when allowed.

The Team
You will be working alongside a team of 11 who are based predominantly in Sydney. The team are made up of a combination of business development managers, relationship managers, product specialists and even a sales coach!

They are a highly collaborative team and that is one of the reasons that this business unit has been so successful & has grown substantially over the last 3 years.

The sales manager for this team leads from the front and is very supportive in terms of getting new starters up-to-speed, being very flexible with staff ensuring they have all the tools they need to succeed.
The Candidate
LexisNexis are open to seeing candidates who have strong B2B relationship/account management experience, regardless of industry. Candidates who have a background in subscription based products/solutions are strongly encouraged to apply!

You will need to be a team player and have a strategic & consultative mindset, and whilst this isn’t a new business role, it is important that candidates who are considering applying have closing experience and enough sales acumen to find new opportunity within existing accounts.

The Salary
$100-110k + Super + Realistic OTE - $40-60k
