The Role
As General Manager, you will be leading services that are diverse in program type and regional coverage, across accommodation services, community based supports and children’s services.
As well as holding a local regional leadership presence, you will be vital in supporting and working with the team to realise the just released strategy.
Your role will include:
- Overseeing multiple disability services across accommodation services, community based supports and children's services
- Management of staff
- Budget management and finance
- Strategy and business planning
- Overseeing of NDIS processes

About You
You thrive in a role with variety and are passionate about people management.
- Regional/ Executive Management experience
- Strong knowledge of the disability sector
- Extensive NDIS experience
- Strong people management experience
- Strong analytical skills and excellent problem solving
