As Regional Manager, you will be joining the leadership team & working closely alongside another Regional Manager.
You will be directly managing 3 Area Managers & indirectly managing approximately 10-15 Team Leaders who are managing the day to day running of the Supported Independent Living accommodations.
You will be joining the organisation with a total of 700+ employees.
You will also have the support of a very dedicated and diverse board with strong experience across the disability sector and including social policy, clinical, commercial, property.
Due to the previous Regional Manager being promoted to General Manager, this role is now available.
Reporting to the General Manager (who has an awesome success story of moving their way up to GM from working as Support Worker!), you will be managing a region covering Sydney, Central Coast & Hunter Region.
As Regional Manager, you will be overseeing the shared living portfolio comprising of 24+ SIL accommodations & will be responsible for managing the service delivery, planning, budgeting & resourcing the operation of the service which will include being accountable for client wellbeing and outcomes, people management, external relationships, financial management, operational management, risk management and quality assurance.
You will be commercially minded, using your strategic & proactive approach to enable people with a disability to live their best lives & meet organisational goals.
You will be able to navigate the NDIS changes, understanding the service delivery needs in line with funding models.
You will love being collaborative - you will come with sector, operational and management experience but more importantly will have a growth mindset approach where you are reflective and are willing to learn & grow with your team!
You will also have a love for people management and will be able to build collaborative & successful teams, as well as navigate cultural change in the business as the organisation continues to grow & evolve.
