Our client, who are a boutique Serviced Office & CoWorking provider, are currently looking for a Corporate Receptionist / Operations Executive to join their team in their modern Melbourne CBD location on Collins Street.

The Position | Corporate Receptionist / Operations
- Meeting & greeting a portfolio of clients on a daily basis, acting as a secretary on their behalf
- Assisting with any queries or enquiries
- Answering the phone
- Processing mail
- General Admin duties
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the centre
The Candidate -
- At least 1 years’ experience in a Concierge or Receptionist position (operations experience in Serviced Offices / CoWorking is desirable, but not essential)
- Excellent communication, both verbally and in written format
- Good organization skills
- Very well presented
- Motivated & hungry to succeed
- MUST HAVE FULL WORKING RIGHTS IN AUSTRALIA
Salary -
Open to negotiation
