With a positive work environment and ongoing support and career progression, this company are looking for a qualified Clinical Manager to enrich and empower the lives of participants through Behaviour Support, as well as to play an instrumental part in organisation growth!

The Role

In this varied position, you will be managing the highly trained Clinical team of Behaviour Support Practitioners, providing your expertise and guidance & working with multiple stakeholders within the wider OHC community.

You will be supporting mainstream clients and NDIS participants to achieve their therapeutic and functional goals through a complex trauma based clinical support framework to help people with the knowledge and skills to live independently.

This role will suit someone who is motivated and driven to grow - you will be working autonomously, and will be excited about growing the profile of the organisation and client base.

About You

  • AHPRAH registration in relevant field
  • Bachelor qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or Allied Health field
  • Experience managing teams & coaching provisional psychologists
  • Previous experience in completing behavioural assessments and developing support plans for NDIS participants
  • A sound knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support approaches
  • Working with Children Check and Police Check clearance
  • Current driver’s license.
