The Role
In this varied position, you will be managing the highly trained Clinical team of Behaviour Support Practitioners, providing your expertise and guidance & working with multiple stakeholders within the wider OHC community.
You will be supporting mainstream clients and NDIS participants to achieve their therapeutic and functional goals through a complex trauma based clinical support framework to help people with the knowledge and skills to live independently.
This role will suit someone who is motivated and driven to grow - you will be working autonomously, and will be excited about growing the profile of the organisation and client base.

About You
- AHPRAH registration in relevant field
- Bachelor qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or Allied Health field
- Experience managing teams & coaching provisional psychologists
- Previous experience in completing behavioural assessments and developing support plans for NDIS participants
- A sound knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support approaches
- Working with Children Check and Police Check clearance
- Current driver’s license.
