This is a business that for the past 20+ years’ has developed and built hundreds of prestigious residential apartment projects across Australia, with a pipeline of work totalling over $3 billion.
They boast a very strong brand-name, being in the top 3 builder/developers in Australia for the sheer volume of projects they have completed and are currently working on.
They offer excellent training & have a very diligent management team that welcomes continued staff development, leading to extremely high staff retention rates.
This role would be based out of their modern offices located close to Sydney CBD, situated within walking distance of cafes, shops and local transport.
⭐️ The Role ⭐️
In this role, you will be selling luxury high-end apartments across multiple premium developments in the Greater Sydney area.
To assist you, all leads are incoming, which means you can do what you do best, nurturing and developing these leads into sales, giving the buyer a professional & personal experience, by showing them projects that fit their criteria & budget and showcasing the local amenities surrounding these projects.
As this business develops, builds and sells their own projects, the buyer is able to benefit from a seamless journey without having to deal with 3rd party real estate agencies, instead being able to interact directly with the builder.
An excellent commission structure is in place & you will benefit from uncapped earning potential and realistic/achievable sales targets. Further to this, you will have no restrictions on the number of projects you can show to potential buyers.
⚡️ The Candidate ⚡️
The ideal candidate for this role would be an individual who has experience & has a strong track record in project sales, selling new apartments, land & house packages, or traditional residential real estate.
This role would suit someone who wants to take their real estate career to the next level by joining a rapidly growing builder/developer that can offer long-term development opportunities.
A professional & polished demeanour is essential, as is excellent verbal & written communication.
A current NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence is a must, as is a clean drivers licence and a well-maintained vehicle.
