They are currently looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Sydney.

The role:
- Ensure successful delivery of projects
- Internal and external stakeholder liaison and management
- Manage expectations on time, cost, quality and safety to meet programme/project specifications
- Coach and develop more junior team members
- Negotiate scope of works
- Degree in Project Management or equivalent
- Proven experience as a PM across Fit Out/Refurbishment projects over the value of $15m
- At least 6+ years experience as a PM
- Local market knowledge
- A good attitude and high attention to detail
