Australia’s Premier Serviced-Office provider is now requiring a Junior Business Development Manager to join their team based in Melbourne CBD.

Sales Consultant | Serviced Offices / CoWorking
- Showing prospective new tenants around the companies CBD portfolio
- Bringing on new clients through cold calling, visiting networking events and maintaining close relationships with Serviced Office Brokers/Real Estate Agents
- Working closely with the marketing team to develop new sales strategies and sales channels
Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will ideally meet the following requirements:
- Proven success in Sales; minimum experience 1+ years’, preferably from the Serviced Office, Hospitality or Commercial/Residential Real Estate industries, although applicants with strong sales experience in other industries are strongly encouraged to apply
- Excellent presentation and communication desired
- High level of customer service / relationship building skills
Highly competitive base salary + super & commission.
