You will be joining a passionate HR team of 8, reporting to the Manager of People Operations, working in a team of 2 other HR Advisors/BP's and managing 1 HR Coordinator.

You will be joining the organisation with a total of 850+ employees (perm & casual), and 65 corporate function staff.

You will be working in a team of people who are passionate & hard working but who are also down to earth & super friendly!


Reporting to the Manager of People Operations (who has an awesome success story of moving their way up from HR Advisor which is common to see in this company!) you will be supporting the HR operations and will be acting as a strategic partner between People & Development & the wider business.

As HR Advisor, you will be in a generalist role managing the corporate function of the business, where you will be relevant for all HR functions & tasks including around 20% of the role being recruitment.

You will be responsible for providing advice to staff & management, ER/IR matters, develop review & maintain appropriate policies & procedures, collaborating with leadership to enhance employee experience, change management support, drive process improvements, assist with leadership development, compliance, reporting & ad hoc work.

Your role will comprise of more exciting project work than BAU, where you will get to flex your HR passion and analytical skills.

You will be in an autonomous role where you will be constantly contributing to to driving a highly skilled, engaged and empowered workforce.
