You are a HR / People and Culture professional in the Construction industry, and you feel stuck. You need a challenge, an opportunity where you can add your own unique style.

In this role you will be supported by the General Manager & Business Development Manager.  

This company has a strong determination to become a leader in innovating and sustainable building design and construction.  They work on projects in the Residential and Commercial space on projects from $10 mil up to $80mil.  
They have a strong value on people and culture and want you to lead the team!  
To Be Considered:  
  • Experience in the construction industry in highly desirable but not essential. 
  • 3-4 years’ experience in HR / People & Culture  
  • Creative and organizational skills  
  • Good communication skills & attention to detail 
  • Strong administration skills
