The Role – Relationship Manager – Online Platform

The purpose of your role is to continue to build strong relations with a selection of core clients, by providing them with a 5-star service where you are constantly adding value to them through the companies diverse range of innovative product solutions.
Upon joining, you will inherit a portfolio of 80 mid-market to enterprise level accounts across a range of industries, where you will be mostly dealing with C-Suite executives on a day-to-day basis, with a view of retaining and growing these accounts.

You will be given all the tools of the trade to ensure you are successful, such as product specialists, a marketing team & technology add-ons like LinkedIn Navigator & Lusha.
They have a highly collaborative team and a sales manager that leads from the front and is very hands on with his team. You will be working in a team of 11 high-achieving sales professionals and have the support of a sales trainer.
This business offers genuine career-development opportunities, and the natural progression from this role would be to move into a relationship director position, where you would then have the responsibility of managing major global accounts.

The Candidate

Ideally, you would be a natural relationship builder, with a strong track-record in retaining & upselling mid-market to enterprise level accounts.

$90-120k + Super & Uncapped Commissions
