What will you be doing?

Reporting to the GM in Australia & working in a team of customer success specialists, you will be managing the customer interaction across diverse industries via phone, email, chat-bot, video and some face to face. You will be a spearhead for customer experience, and will be delivering solutions that will streamline customer's business needs and overall, improve customer satisfaction!

With world-class training, you will be able to learn and develop a in-depth understanding of the platform and be able to come up with solutions to address customer concerns, and be proactive with your approach to provide seamless customer experience journeys! You will love developing strong customer relationships and talking to people on the phone and will be involved in  training, on-boarding and usage, promoting customer retention and loyalty.

About You
  • Strong customer experience/ customer service experience
  • You love providing solutions and have an innate desire to help
  • Excellent communication skills - you can listen, and relay things in a simple and effective way
  • You are interested in all things tech 
  • You know what things like API's, PHP, SQL, and JavaScript are (but you don't have to be an expert!)
  • Any tech/website/ e-commerce related experience highly regarded!!
