They provide an e-Commerce technology platform that helps small, medium and large businesses streamline the end-to-end shipping and logistics of their retail and online marketplaces in the most cost-effective and efficient way possible. They have a huge network and have partnered with some of the world’s leading shipping and logistics companies.
What will you be doing?
Customer success is the function that is responsible for managing the relationship between a vendor and its customers.
As the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the Training, On-boarding and Usage as well as developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Your role is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
Your goal in customer success is to make the customer’s experience as successful and easy to use as possible.
- Ideally, you have 1-2+ years customer success manager experience from a Software (SaaS) / Tech / Platform company
- An interest in Tech
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- University degree is a big plus
$70K-$80K+super + excellent company bonus and perks.
