Due to an an influx in work and several internal promotions they are looking to bring on a Contracts Administrator to be part of the team. 

The role:

In this role you will be providing support to ensure projects are delivered efficiently keeping to time frames and to budget. 

You will get the opportunity to work with and learn from experienced professionals and develop your skills to help you achieve your long term career goals.

Working on fast paced Fit Out projects is demanding but can be tremendously rewarding and exciting as you will be working across a diverse range of projects. 

Duties will include:
  • Prepare and issue subcontractor agreements
  • Preparation of cost forecasts, monitor financial status, and prepare cash flow statements
  • Manage clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Letting and negotiation contracts
  • Working closely with the Project Manager and other team member
  • This role is office based but with regular site visits 

To be considered:
  • Degree in Construction Management or equivalent 
  • 3-4 + years experience in a Project Administrator/CA role
  • Proven experience working on Commercial Fit Out/Refurbishment projects
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Be client facing and well presented 
  • Have the ability to work autonomously and fast paced environment
