Our client is an established  Construction company who have been operating for 10 years. 

They carry out fit out, refurbishment and construction projects across various sectors including Commercial, Education, Aged Care, Health, Hospitality and Government. 

They are a fantastic business who have made a good name for themselves in the market and offer a supportive work culture. 

Due to on going work they are looking to bring on a Contract Administrator to join their team. 

The Role: 

• Assist the Project Manager with the administrative functions of projects in accordance to the company’s management systems, client’s requirements, contractual requirements and specifications and associated documentation
• Ensure that clients expectations in terms of the project quality, time & budget are delivered
• Meet target budget lettings for subcontractor packages
• Tender packages cover full scope
• Subcontractor information received and processed
• Progress claims and variations paid on time

To be Considered: 

• Minimum of 5+ years working as a CA
• Proven experience working on fitout, refurbishment and construction projects $5-$15m 
• Can do attitude and strong work ethic 
• Construction Management Degree or equivalent
