Our client is an established  Construction company who have been operating for over 20 years. The projects range from $10 - 80mil in value. 

They carry out new build and refurbishment construction projects across various sectors including Commercial, Education, Aged Care, Health, industrial and Government. 

They are a fantastic business who have made a good name for themselves in the market and offer a supportive work culture. They have strong career progression plans in place and promote within. 

Due to on going work they are looking to bring on a Contract Administrator to join their team. 

The Role: 

• Assist the Project Manager with the administrative functions of projects in accordance to the company’s management systems, client’s requirements, contractual requirements and specifications and associated documentation
• Ensure that clients expectations in terms of the project quality, time & budget are delivered
• Meet target budget lettings for subcontractor packages
• Tender packages cover full scope
• Subcontractor information received and processed
• Progress claims and variations paid on time

To be Considered: 

• Minimum of 3+ years working as a CA
• Proven experience working on commercial construction projects $5-$15m 
• Can do attitude and strong work ethic 
• Construction Management Degree or equivalent
