Our client is a successful Builder/Developer who have been operating for over 10 years. They deliver high rise apartments up to and over $100mil.
They currently have a number of live projects and a healthy pipeline of work moving forward. They have huge plans for the next 12 - 24 months, moving in to new projects - such as Government and Industrial to add to their already successful project range in Residential, Commercial & Retail.

For this reason they are looking to build up their team and bring on a Contracts Administrator.
To be considered for the role:
To be considered for the role:
- A minimum of 3-4 years experience as a CA
- High rise residential experience
- Experience working on units and townhouses up to $50m
- Ideally experience with Bluebeam
- Be well presented and client facing
- Working closely with the rest of the team to ensure projects run smoothly
- This particular role will be a split between site and office
- Negotiating contract terms with internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting in drafting scope of works and procurement schedules
- Variations, Processing progress claims etc
