The Role

Reporting to the General Manager of Quality & Practice, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation & integration of clinical systems & strategies, including the safeguarding of issues, the ongoing delivery of outcomes in compliance with NDIS and accreditation standards, supporting Clinical staff and applying your clinical experience to deliver evidence-based quality services and continuous improvement to improve the lives of clients living with a disability.


Responsibilities include:
  • Implementation & integration of clinical systems & strategies
  • Guidance on care plans
  • Advising on accreditation requirements
  • Advising & implementing effective quality, education and client safeguarding policies, procedures and processes 
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager & Practice Lead -Behaviour Support to improve cross functional company approach
  • Implementation & management of the Quality Management System
  • Research and continuous updates & compliance with NDIS
  • Reporting to influence key management decisions
  • Managing a team of clinical staff

About You

You want to use your extensive clinical knowledge and expertise to influence positive change to improve the lives of people living with a disability.
  • Clinical experience as a Registered Nurse 
  • Experience working in the disability & aged care sector
  • In depth knowledge & understanding of legislative requirements such as quality & safeguards framework
  • Strong NDIS knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent problem solving
  • Leadership experience
  • APRAH registration
