Our client is seeking a motivated Foreman with experience in civil and residential for a large residential project near Cessnock. The project will be on-going for a number of years with a company that cares about their employers and offers career growth within the company.

About you:

• Extensive experience delivering projects including bulk earthworks and subdivisions
• Operating or Trade background and detailed knowledge of plant capabilities and plant hire
• Qualifications in Civil Supervision would be highly regarded
• Experience in getting subcontractors on board 
• Previous experience managing similar civil projects
• Effective communication and people management skills
• Ability to perform and work well under pressure
• Organised and able to multitask various construction activities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sound understanding of construction industry within Australia
• Proficient in implementing Work, Health and Safety standards
• Attention to detail
