Job Description

⭐️The Company ⭐️

This is a business that for the past 20+ years’ has developed and built hundreds of prestigious residential apartment projects across Australia, with a pipeline of work totalling over $3 billion.

They boast a very strong brand-name, being in the top 3 builder/developers in Australia for the sheer volume of projects they have completed and are currently working on.

They offer excellent training & have a very diligent management team that welcomes continued staff development, leading to extremely high staff retention rates.

This role would be based out of their modern offices located close to Sydney CBD, situated within walking distance of cafes, shops and local transport.  


⭐️ The Role ⭐️

In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with real estate agencies across the Greater Sydney area who are selling luxury apartments on behalf of the developer.

You will be seeking out real estate agencies in the vicinity of projects with a view of them becoming a selling partner. Further to this, you will also be visiting existing real estate partners on a regular basis to ensure they are aware of current stock levels, have been provided with training on the project and have all relevant marketing materials.

Whilst this isn’t a sales role, you will also have the opportunity to make sales on an ad-hoc basis, and an excellent commission structure is in place for any sales made.
 

⚡️ The Candidate ⚡️

The ideal candidate for this role would be an individual who has experience in either project sales or traditional residential sales and would like to make the move away from a full-time sales position.

This role would suit someone who wants to move into a relationship driven role, where maintaining and growing relations with real estate agencies in the vicinity of new projects is key.

A professional & polished demeanour is essential, as is excellent verbal & written communication.  

A current NSW Real Estate Certificate or Licence is a must, as is a clean drivers licence and a well-maintained vehicle.
