This very well respected Not For Profit organisation have been around for 150+ years, providing multi-disciplinary services & support to the community including in-home aged care.

The in-home aged care division of the organisation provides services to aged people across Sydney delivering Home Care Packages and CHSP with a team of passionate people who strive to support aged persons to stay at home.

With offices based all around Sydney you will be offered working from home flexibility.


Your role will be to provide support to aged persons in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney, managing levels 1-4 home care packages, coordinating with your clients on a regular basis via in-home visits, (& video & phone communication) to help them meet their goals and lifestyle, health & financial requirements through; assessments, re-assessments, budget planning & negotiation, providing quality care, liaising with/ managing support workers and referrals to external stakeholders such as allied health.

Your role will be a mix of working from home and client visits, with most of the team working 3 days from home and 2 days visiting clients.

You will be fulfilling your passion for aged care and will be an empathetic person who loves to help people, as well as being a fantastic multi-tasker!


As Care Advisor, you will be joining a vibrant & passionate team of 50 Care Advisors across Sydney, with around 10 in your allocated area (Eastern Suburbs).

You will be provided with the support of a centralised scheduling team which means you will not be carrying out rostering, as well as having the clinical support of RN's in the organisation. 

A brilliant initiative has been put in place - a special Covid Care Advisor to manage the landscape of Covid cases to assist with the rest of the smooth running of the business - this means that clients get the care they need as well as you being able to still manage other clients and your time smoothly.

About You

You have some experience within in-home aged care (home care packages / CHSP) and are passionate about helping aged persons.

You are empathetic and are a natural multi-tasker.
