✔️ THE ROLE – ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR of Civil Engineering
As a result of strategic pursuits and project wins, the Civil Infrastructure team has created a fantastic career opportunity for a Civil Engineer at Principal or Associate Director level to join the business and make their mark.
The role will be focused on business growth and driving technical project delivery, enabling the team to deliver projects successfully and sustainably across Queensland. Working with a high performing team of engineers, designers, and drafters you will support the team in delivering projects across a diverse range of infrastructure and development projects.
You will draw on your technical wealth of experience across the civil discipline - roadworks, stormwater drainage and flooding, earthworks, pavements, water and sewerage infrastructure to deliver for key clients across Defence, Transport, Mining, Water Resources, and Urban Development.
Reporting to the Group Lead, you will contribute to operational and strategic leadership across project delivery, team management, growth initiatives, client relationship management, business planning and development, and winning work. You will work collaboratively with leaders across QLD and Northern Territory and will be part of the Technical Practice Network, enabling you to connect with colleagues and build your profile in the organisation.
