This role will involve working in a team environment - liaising with clients, banks and other business partners providing a high level of service.
The Role –
In this position, you will play a crucial role in how the team operates on a day-to-day basis. You will help senior members of the team with general administrative tasks such as replying to correspondences via email, speaking to clients on the phone and preparing various quotes on behalf of the sales team.
The Candidate -
The ideal candidate for this position would be someone with a minimum of 1 years’ administration experience of any kind. A keen eye for detail is essential, as you will be sending out documentation to banks and financial services companies regularly.
Excellent communication skills are required for this role as you will be communicating with many internal and external stakeholders over the phone.
