The Role – Account Executive – Legal SaaS

In this role, you will be selling a well-known and reputable legal operations & business management SaaS solution, which has excellent local & global reviews.

You would be targeting mid-large sized law firms and councils, setting up discovery meetings with a view of finding them a solution that saves them time, money and ongoing value.

This position is a hybrid role, where you will have a portfolio of accounts who need constant nurturing (upselling, cross-selling and retention), as well as new business acquisition.

Whilst this role does involve some cold calling, due to how well-known the company is in this sector, every call feels like a warm discovery call!

The Candidate

You will be someone who loves the legal sector & genuinely wants to help businesses in this sector thrive with cutting edge technology solutions.

You will be naturally curious and always eager to add value through getting to understand business needs and how the products you offer the legal sector an amazing resource.  

Your background would be in sales, preferably having sold relatively complex solutions previously where you have managed the entire sales process.
 
Ideally, you would have previously sold through to the legal sector, although candidates with a strong understanding of law or have been legally trained with a sales background are also encouraged to apply!

Salary

This role is paying $130k + Super, Car Allowance and Comission, although for this right candidate, this can be negotiated.

You will benefit from an uncapped comms structure, where the average performers are hitting around $190k OTE per annum, with top performers going way beyond that.
