COMPANY

This is well established tech company which is going through huge growth and is looking for a junior AE who want to develop their career and be highly rewarded. 

They provide a tech platform that is sold to legal and health professionals. The platform is considered a leading solution that has a superior point of differences compared to its competitors in the market. They have huge expansion plans in Australia and internationally.

THE MANAGEMENT TEAM / CULTURE

You will be the 3rd person in this team working with another Sales Executive and the Sales Manager who are bubbly, fun and high energy whilst they are very focused on high performance.

With you being one of the first in this team there will be a huge opportunity to progress as they grow the team around the country.

THE ROLE

This is a full cycle sales role where you will be  connecting with prospects and booking in meetings and conducting demos of the solutions.

You will be able to maintain the relationships that you attain and a lot of referrals come from these relationships as you will present at events to conferences.

You will be supported by the Sales Manager with closing sales in meetings.


SALARY

$60K-$70K + super + Al Expenses + Commission.

The Sales Manager also has a personal target and when they started the role after three months, they were achieving $100K-$120K OTE during Covid. It is anticipated that this OTE will increase largely in the new year as Melbourne works back towards normality.


EXPERIENCE

This role is perfect for someone with at least 1-2+ years of sales experience.

The personality that suits this business is someone fun and bubbly, but it is crucial that you are professional and confident enough to deal with clients in professional services such as lawyers.
